The Central and Southern Europe Centre of Excellence (CSE COE) is a consulting company specialised in government, public sector and IT advisory services. We are incorporated in Latvia and work across the Baltic States, EU and pre-accession countries. Our clients say our greatest values are our skills, experience and internal drive. Our team has experienced consultants dedicated to helping public sector institutions improve public policies and services delivery, and making the best use of the opportunities offered by IT tools. We also support private sector clients in better understanding the EU and its financing mechanisms.
Our key consultants have over 20 years of project related experience covering many EU and non-EU countries and working experience in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. Our company also leverages on an extensive and reliable network, including Brussels based companies and of subject matter experts that can be involved do address specific client challenges. The skills, knowledge and passion of our consultants are the biggest asset for our clients.
